We at Capital Tents strive to provide you with high-quality tents that enhance your outdoor experience. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, situations arise where you may need to return or exchange a product. To ensure transparency and maintain customer satisfaction, we have outlined our detailed Returns and Refunds Policy below:

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for non-customized tents, other items and accessories, which are available as ready stock (and are not made to order).
- Products eligible for return must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 72 hours from the time of delivery.
- We DO NOT entertain returns due to damages caused by shipping, accidents, misuse, alterations, or improper installation.
- Personalized or customized tents, other items and accessories are NOT eligible for returns unless they have proven manufacturing defect.
- If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product clearly indicating the manufacturing defect.
- For technical reasons, we DO NOT entertain returns of any kind from outside India. Please be careful while placing your order.

Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team through our website or email within the stipulated return window.
- Provide your invoice number, reason for return, and all relevant photos and videos if the product has manufacturing defects.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

Inspection and Processing
- Upon receiving the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 business days after the inspection is complete, subject to the availability of alternate product sought in exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase, subject to the approval and acceptance of the refund.
- In case the original payment method is no longer valid, store credit or an alternative payment method may be arranged.

Exchanges
- All the guidelines set for returns eligibility holds good for exchange too.
- If you wish to exchange a product in lieu of refund, contact our customer service team to initiate the process.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, we will process a refund or provide a suitable alternative.

Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel your order.
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will NOT be entertained.
