Placing An Order
You can place an order through snail mail, courier, phone, fax, e-mail
or by filling out the query form on our website.
Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your order by snail mail, courier,
phone, fax or e-mail on receipt of your order.
Payment Mode
Within India
Payment can be made in cash, cheque or bank draft in Indian Rupees
(INR) only. All cheques / bank drafts to be drawn in favor of "Capital
Dyeing & Tent Works", payable at Jaipur. If you have chosen
to make the payment by cheque or bank draft, then please place an
order with complete details and send it to:

Your order will be processed after the remittance of the payment in
our account.
Outside India
100% cash in advance or T/T in our name for retail orders.
Confirmed, irrevocable, transferable or sight and easily negotiable
letter of credit in our favor opened through any International Bank
of repute.

Terms & Conditions
- Availability of the products listed on the website are subject
to change, modifications, or discontinuance without notice.
- We, at Capital Dyeing & Tent Works, reserves the right to accept
or reject your offer.
- Capital Dyeing & Tent Works reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any order placed for a product. This shall be regardless
of whether the order has been confirmed and whether the payment
has been sent. In the event that the payment has been processed,
we shall immediately issue a credit to you and notify you of the
same.
- Any request for cancellation of orders placed shall not be entertained.
- In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake
by you (i.e. wrong name or address), any extra cost incurred by
us for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the
order.
- Capital Dyeing & Tent Works shall not be liable for any delay
in delivery that may be caused by flood, fire, wars, acts of God
or any cause that is beyond our control.
- Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all material presented
on www.capitaltentindia.com (including but not limited to text,
photographs or graphical images), are the property of Capital
Dyeing & Tent Works, its parent, affiliates and associates and
are protected under applicable Indian laws. Any infringement shall
be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted
by law.
- We, at Capital Dyeing & Tent Works, reserves the right to add,
delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
The user is therefore advised to read carefully there terms and
conditions.
- These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations,
understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding
any variance with any other terms of any order submitted.
- Capital Dyeing & Tent Works shall not be responsible for any
consequential losses or damages arising out of delay in any respect.
- This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws
of India. The Courts at Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction
in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
- The payment should be made within 30 days of presenting the invoice. An interest of 18% per annum will be charged for delayed payment.
